Fourth-year Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator Beth Buglione was at the very first tryout for the team when the roster numbered only three players. She played quarterback for the Pride for three seasons before hanging up the cleats and becoming a coach. She also owns the team and is proud of finishing in the national Final Four in 2004. Buglione spent Fall of 05 and 06 as the varsity running backs and quarterbacks coach at Philomath High School. In 2007 she assisted the Memorial Middle School Pop Warner team.
